Yeah you're cool man. Sorry if I don't need creatine like you do.

I'd like to see you stop taking it and then lift. Idiot

Many people I know have stopped creatine and still had the same strength. All they lost was a little bulk, which was the result of there being so much water in their systems.
Once that water was gone, the muscle strength and true muscle size was still there.

Haha you talk about creatine as if it were steroids, how about you do some research before you state your outrageous claims. Ive been on and off creatine for 3 years now, taking 6 week cycles and then stop for 8 weeks. These are very short cycles but even if you were 'on' creatine for a whole year, you wouldn't grow dependant on it.

You're an idiot, no really, you are.

You fail to grasp how creatine should be used, and how it works, thus rendering almost everthing you say an ignorant pile of B.S.

I only use it when my strength plateaus, to break through barriers, and it works. I just take a week or two off from training after that and I come back even stronger without the creatine. Then I repeat the whole process. I could stop it any day of the week and still see the same strength gains, but maybe I wouldn't be able to push that last rep up. I'd compare to being on a carb-load, when you feel like you have a ton of strength and pumps.

I personally don't use any supplements. I know some of them work, and some of them don't, but I feel lots of self-gratification when someone looks at me and my shape and I can honestly say to them, "Yup. It's all calisthenics. And all natural." Just feels good for me.

I say take what you want. As for me, while I may not grow as big as others that take stuff, or grow as fast as others that take stuff, I'm happy with my current rate of progress, and I'm happy to save $$$ not buying stuff.

If we banned all the idiots on the forum, we wouldn't have any members.

What we do ban for, however, is name-calling.
