I don't think there is a problem with using it while cutting. Keep in mind though that many people can look less "defined" when on creatine due to the extra water retained. But I've never heard anything about this being detrimental to losing weight.

I personally wouldn't - makes me bloated

y use creating for cutting anyways? its purpose is for bulking isnt it?

Unless you're doing a bodybuilding contest it's fine.

Creatine has no calories and will allow you to retain muscle on a cut.

creatine is starting to be recommended for older people so they can retain their muscles as they age.

If it can help grandma retain her muscles, it should help you retain yours...
