Coworker giving mix signals

This girl I am into is sometimes very friendly, nice or flirty and then other times like today we are in a conference room and she does not speak to me at all and talks to her other female friends. Not sure what her deal is any advice? Should I just ask her out? We were sitting next to each other and did not talk but when I would check her out she would play with her hair...any help is appreciated thanks!

I would say go for it if you DID NOT work long hours together and it's somebody who is within the company but maybe not at your location. The fact that you see them all the time is not good if/when it goes south. I've been there. My ex ended up switching locations when it went south so it wasn't too bad, but it was awkward at company meetings, etc...

dont just think that if she touches her hair its an absolute IOI. you should game her a little bit first to see how high her interest levels are. other wise be very careful with dipping your pen in the company ink. if she's 50/50 and you find yourself chasing, stay way. if she's a solid Go, then by all means tear it up. but keep in mind of the fall out if it all goes bad. since it sounds like your inexperienced i would stay away.
