Correct USE of tonality

Ok, im confused as to the use of your tone.
Im in the process of sorting through my collection of SS material, but this doesnt seem to be covered well.

I see patterns written like this:

"i mean, can you IMAGINE THAT CONNECTION...."

Now, am i right in assumeing that you are to adjust your tone for the section in capitals? or should there be some other form of emphasis placed on those words and the entire "pattern" performed in correct tonality? Such as delivery speed, etc?

Delivery speeds can either be performed at 60% or doing short bursts with normal speed and using pauses...

"I mean(pause)can you imagine(pause)that connection..."

You should try to feel that feeling of connection yourself, and pronounce the word "Imagine" in a bit dreamy mysterious way. Like you are imagining yourself... and at the word connection should end with a downward pitch... You can also do that with imagine. Otherwise it will just be a statement (statements = useless)

Command: (my tonality)

"i mean, can you IMAGINE THAT CONNECTION...."

Listen to Ross Jeffries doing the patterns and you will understand. In a few seconds (no joke) it will hit you what he means by tonality.

No, I am not getting paid to do adverts.

If you have been around this board as long as I have, you would know that.

F*ck, he can download some from Bearshare, Kazaa, or Imesh for all I care, so that he can see what I am saying about tonality.
You absolutely CANNOT get what is he means by tonality from anyone describing it.

Yeah, ive downloaded a few patterns, some tone shift i can pick up on... but he seems to have slowed them down a little. I am slowly getting it, so i proceed a long with crap then drop my tone when i get to a command. Im just getting used to the concious use of my tone, its difficult to do it without sounding too theatrical.
