Buddhist monks are very different from Christians. The meek will inherit the earth is a mistranslation of the Bible. It actually means something closer to “ Those with swords who know how to use them but keep them sheathed will inherit the earth.” Not here to start a religious debate but that’s how I frame my life and I hope you can at least respect that.
