I’ve been putting in a lot of work to improve my love life lately. This means, a lot of Nightgame sessions.

However, I’ve been running into a serious issue that I wanted to make its own thread: I am CONSTANTLY getting sick. Like, constantly. As in, if I go out 3 days in a week, it’s nearly guaranteed I’ll be sick. I try to go hard and get a bunch of momentum, and the result is getting sick due to my NG sessions.

This isn’t good, what if I went on a week trip and I realistically needed to be going out every single day? I’d be screwed. I wouldn’t be able to do it if I’m getting sick like this.

What shocks me is that I’m taking huge precautions to avoid getting sick, yet by Day 2, I still am. I’m taking Vitamin C, D, Quercetin, NAC, zinc lozenges, nasal spray, a gargle, and yet I’m still getting sick. I think it helps.. a bit? But this morning I still woke up dizzy and sick, with a light cough.

It does seems to help if I take my “sick stack” proactively than reactively. Maybe I’m sick today because I forgot to take it proactively yesterday?

I sleep 7 hours a night, and more (as much as I need) on weekends. I eat a healthy diet(high protein, low carb, vegetables, majority of meals from home.) I don’t know what else I could realistically do.

I do drink in moderation on the weekends. Low carb beers, and straight liquor with diet sodas. If it’s not Friday or Saturday I don’t drink.

Im trying to get a bunch of momentum and go hard but this issue keeps setting me back. Wanted to reach out to some of the gamers who are going out a ton at night and see how they got around this issue.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You're spending a lot of time around a lot of people. It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume at least of few of them aren't completely healthy. They're exposing themselves to you, and over time, that compounds - along with a somewhat compromised immune system if you're regularly getting blackout drunk and getting minimal sleep (which you said you don't do when you do out, but still a possibility).

Beyond that, it's spring and there's a ton of pollen. Where I'm at, the weather only recently started getting above 50 degrees, and I'm sure that sudden shift is messing with my body, as I'm recovering from a rough cold I caught earlier this week.

Otherwise, don't think much of it, just make healthy decisions if your nights out are negatively impacting your nutrition and sleep.

I have not had this issue in phases of my life when I've gone out regularly.

Are these colds/flus?

This is a logical explanation.

Right now, what would you estimate is your balance between daygame and nightgame sessions?

This changes up all the time for most men in the seduction lifestyle.

Wash your hands when you come in from outside and before eating. Shower before going to bed, after work, and waking up in the morning. Stay fit and get a good night sleep.

Since I started that routine and started going religiously to the gym I barely get sick.

Question...do you take Vitamin D?

If not you likely have low levels, especially because your darker skin color blocks much of the sunlight from being converted into Vitamin D by the skin.

You can always tell where ancestors are from by the color of your skin. Darker colored skin means they are from hot, sunny places and lighter skin means they are from colder northern places. This is the body's way of regulating the amount of vitamin D your body gets based on where you would be living and spending most of your life(since people rarely traveled long distances way back in the caveman time days).

But I digress...Vitamin D is literally the controller of your immune system and contains many sites for gene expression on your DNA. Without proper levels of Vitamin D, your immune system is operating at various levels of dysfunction.

And typically the sun from October thru April isn't strong enough to provide any type of Vitamin D anyway unless you are living in very hot places like the Caribbean, etc, so you would need to supplement regardless. I would start with 10,000 IU which is what I take during those months and then I back it down to 5,000 IU during the summer months when I am outdoors more often.

My levels are between 70-80 which is optimal.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Zinc would be considered the sous chef while Vitamin D would be the head chef.

Without Vitamin D, won't do much on its own.

And technically "Vitamin" D isn't actually a vitamin, it's a prohormone produced in the skin from sunlight. First is converted from cholesterol into choleocalciferol(aka Vitamin D3) and then into its active form calcitrol.

It essentially modulates the entire immune system.

Yeah, I’m trying to be as proactive about this as possible. With the amount of approaches I’m doing, it makes sense that I’m inevitably running into sick people. I do have to make sure that nights out don’t impact nutrition, sleep, or work.

Seems to be the common cold.

Majority NG, but I am doing some DG here and there.

I was taking 5000 ius, but recently bumped it up to that 10000. I feel great and I’m getting sick way less. This is so interesting. I always thought vitamin C controlled our immune systems.

Hi nick, this is concerning. If you're an overall healthy person, it's typically not normal to be getting sick so often regardless of how many times per week you go out.

At most you'd be tired from lack of sleep or too much booze, but not so sick that you're unable to live your life as you usually do.

Just curious but what are your symptoms? Do you have a fever or feel nauseous for example?

Or dizziness, feeling faint, lightheaded, shortness of breath?

It wouldn't hurt to see your doctor in fact I'd recommend it.

In any event I hope you're okay.

Feel better and good luck!

“Vitamin C, D, Quercetin, NAC, zinc lozenges, nasal spray, a gargle”

Nah don’t take any of those. Throw it all in the garbage. That’s where I’d start.

You’re not supposed to be sick going out unless you’re doing drugs or overdoing it with alcohol.

Get checked by a doctor

Telling someone to throw out Vitamin D shows a level of ignorance seen far too often these days.

Far from a coincidence flu season typically happens during the winter when Vitamin D levels are lowest.

Late stage AIDs leaves one's immune system the equivalent of SI's attempt at selling Martha Stewart as cover girl material ,hoss... Highly ineffective. Your bedding that Zimbabwean chick sans protection awhile back has, at long last, returned to haunt you

Just might be wise to devote less of that fleeting energy towards night game, and more towards deciding who will inherent your GI Joe collection, once you've departed this chunk of dirt we call Earth

Nah vitamin D pills are a scam. Vitamin D supplements are for dopes.

Aren’t you the same one who takes whey protein powder? That stuff is junk food, it’s probably worse than McDonalds to be fair.

This is picking up chicks at night, as opposed to during the day. Think being Dracula rather Jason Vorhees, minus the exsanguination and dismemberments via chainsaw in each of those cases, hopefully anyway

Constant nights out will really start to play hell with the body after early 20's

Lack of structured sleep , alcohol , drugs , smoking , aimless conversations with strangers none of it is good for mind body or soul

I had periodic spells of nights out twice a week last year I was finding I was exhausted all the time and often just didn't want to be there

Don't get me wrong I've had some incredible nights out in my 20's but once you get a bit older the cost far far outweighs the payout

At 28 its probably time to start thinking about cutting the nights out down a bit

I had this experience. In my late 20s, I was starting to think about alternatives and that's why I finally got serious about non-bar approaching (daygame). Roosh also released "Day Bang" while I was in my late 20s.

The downside with daygame is that few women 18-49 are open to approaches in non-bar venues. Most will be so unresponsive that conversations will fizzle out in 30-60 seconds. It is likely because most of these women already have boyfriends and are not seeking new penis. They might be open to monkey branching if your presentation is good enough but the threshold on that is rather high, unless the boyfriend-girlfriend relationship is in quite poor shape at the exact moment of the approach.

All of the last paragraph is true even when venue selection for non-bar approaching is strong. This even happens in neighborhoods where the majority of the residents are unmarried and childless.

Bar approaching has a place because women are more likely to be attending bars when they are seeking new penis.

And that's based on what? Some internet quack that goes against all scientific evidence and medical studies pointing to the contrary?

Coming from a guy who espouses the virtues of cigarettes?

Go get a clue, you are clueless. In other words, kick rocks and stick to topics you actually know something about.

Your ignorance is only exceeded by your own ignorance.

No I don't take whey protein. Again. More ignorance. It CAN be junk if you get a cheap brand that's manufactured using a heat based process that denatures the protein.

Manufactured properly it is definitely not junk...again proven thru science and studies done on humans. Many, many studies.

I take Green Pea and Brown Rice Protein in combination, which has the same amino acid profile as whey without the bloating effect it has in some people, me included.

Please stick to things you actually know about. Like what brand of cigarettes will give you cancer the quickest
