sorry for bothering you again with a "when do I call"-question, but I'm confused about this girl.

(she's girl #2, I sent her a text message, if you want to know)
I haven't seen her for about 3 weeks, because of the holidays.
I called her last Sunday night on her cell. (BTW, I have caller ID blocked)
She (sounding positive): "Hi, uhm, I'm talking on the other phone."
Me: "OK, I can call you later."
She: "Yes, you can do that."
I called her about 30 minutes later and she didn't answer the phone.
(NEXT came to my mind)
Anyway I called her again Tuesday. She answered, but the connection was so bad, she didn't even know it was me.
Next call: Thursday, no answer.
I thought "OK, I can do one last thing."
I sent her an SMS text message saying "Hey (her name), call me back. ChesterB"
I really didn't expect it, but the next day (Friday) she called me at about 10 pm.
Me: "Hello"
She: "Hi it's me."
(I don't know about her, but I only say this when I'm very familiar with someone. She has caller ID, so I knew it was her anyway.)
The connection was bad again (I hate her cell).
I heard some giggling and other noises, so I asked: "Where are you?"
She: "I'm on the journey for freshmen. Did you go there, too?"
...blabla...
Me: "I want to go playing pool next week, do you want to join me?"
She: "What?" (bad connection)
I repeated, but I'm not sure if she understood.
She: "No."
Why did she call me then?
Me: "OK, have fun. Bye."
I think she was drunk.
I'm definitely going to call her again.
Is calling her today (Sunday) too early? Should I wait till tomorrow (Monday)?
Usually I wouldn't mind waiting longer, but I'm running out of time: The semester ends at the 6th of February, when she will return home and she's not in town at the weekends.
