Confidence vs holding frame

I lately think that confidence is exactly same thing as holding solid frame. Do you think there is any difference?

You can have confidence without having solid frame, but you can't have a solid frame without confidence.

They are almost the same thing. But frame is more egocentric than confidence. Frame is what its all about man.

Frame is projecting confidence...the way you move, the way you talk, posture, etc....which then translates to looks.

But, confidence must have a foundation for that frame.
