Some info.. 2 out of 3 people under 25 yrs old will have a Sexually transmitted disease, they're more common than you think.. Women are more likely to be infected than men.. Danger Areas are mucous membranes: mouth, throat, eyes, rectum, vagina, vulva, urethra, and breaks in skin

I'm suprised there isn't a guide like this on here. PUA's and DJ's need to be able to recognize the common stds.

Watch out for these...

I.Bacterial STDs

1.Chlamydia..most common std..cured w/ antibiotics..most likely to form scar tissue
Symptoms: slow to appear (3 wks-months): most common is painful peeing, gooey discharge, scar tissue (usually in urethra), pain during sex, abdominal pain & fever, sometimes no symptoms at all.
-can cause: sterility, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(PID)(in women), ectopic pregnancy (women).

2.Gonorrhea.. cured w/ antibiotics
Symptoms: oftentimes there are no symptoms but men are more likely to have them, most commonly painful peeing, discharge, pain during sex, abdominal pain & fever
-can cause: PID, sterility, ectopic pregnancy

3.Syphillis..early stages curable w/ antibiotics
Symptoms: depends on what stage (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary)
-Primary Stage: 2-6 wks after contact a painless, hard chancre forms, it looks like a crater, this will heal on it's own in 4-6 wks but the syphillis is still there
-Secondary Stage: 2-10 wks after chancre goes away a rash forms all over the body, the rash doesn't itch and eventually goes away, ulcers form in mucous membranes, warty growths near genitals, headache, body ache, sore throat, gastrointestinal upset, hair loss
-Tertiary Stage: 8-25yrs after initial contact lesions called gummas form on organs, these most commonly form on arteries, brain, spinal cord, and skeleton, gummas cause many serious problems and can lead to death.

Ill add a section for common viral stds and get some pictures at a later time.
