Francisco, it is a Life Cycle from www.lifefitness.com

Then, I had to stop my workout because I had to go to the RA informational session for getting the position of RA next semester.

My friend yesterday was talking with me. Convo Time:
Friend: "So, you are really going to be doing this bike ride?"
Me: "Yeah, I believe that I am."
Friend: "What makes you believe that you can actually do it?"
Me: "I am a firm believer that whatever a man can concieve in his mind, than he can create it in the real world."
Friend: "We are just one person a piece. Can that really be enough to change it?"
Me: "I believe so because Andrew Carnegie was just one person and changed the history of mankind."
Friend: "Best of luck man."

I plan on becoming a role model and lead by example. I want to make this ide that will become an inspirational hot point for my motivational speaking.

Hey guys,

sorry about not being able to update for a while. I haven't had time.

Last night, I managed to get to the gym and ride the bike.

Bike
Type: Hill
Level: 6.5
Time: 69:53
Distance: 23.63
RPM: 120
Calories: 485

That was all I was able to do until I was kicked out of the gym because they wanted to close. Plus, it appears that I have been sh!tting a lot more lately. It is either A.) I am getting sick or B.) it is because I am exercising a lot more. Either one still is making me sh!t like a goose.

Today, I got into a good conversation for a couple hours on my master plan on what I want to do with a fiancial adviser about the money. It was a very good idea and gave me an idea on what to look for in someone to manage my funds (THANKS!!! You know who you are :) ).

Also, I didn't realize that the gym closes early on Friday. Therefore, now that I know, I won't make the same mistake. That means that I am to workout earlier.

I then went to the gym around noon and worked a little of my arms.

I went down to the gym to ride the bikes again and met a person named Jonathan, who managed to set me up with a meeting for the biking club. Also a dealer that they have that they might get me the bike for cheaper plus I might have more people to go with me.

Also, my workout today consisted of:

Bike
Type: Hill
Level: first 30 min was 7, second 30 minutes was 10, and last 21 minutes was 13
Time: 81:00
Distance: 27.58
RPM (average): 125
Calories: 616

Alright, this week has been insane with the amount of work that I did at school, but I have been gaining ground on my workout schedule.

February 5, 2007

I had a paper due and am coming down with the flu. Not looking too good for me.

Bike
Type: Hill
Level: 7.5
Time: 26:24
Distance: 9.31
RPM: 125
Calories: 179

February 6, 2006

Today, I got a new workout schedule created for me.

I was told by my professor that I should take a day off and just do cardio. So, I had my friend play raquetball against me, and I am dead. About an hour and a half of great cardio, plus a straight walk of 2 miles in the freezing cold pi$$ed me off.

Five games (I haven't played in a while, but I showed improvement through to the end)
21-6
21-7
21-9
21-9
21-13

Considering I never made it that high against Dave. I am very happy with that and my body is killing me now.
