I recently bought some comic books from the 1980's in new condition and in the plastic for $1 each. The seller had thousands of them of various franchises. I researched them, and once I get them graded, some will likely be worth up to $400 each (I researched which franchises were in the greatest demand before buying them). Anyway, my question is: what is the best way to get the $1 sticker placed by the seller (not the manufacturer) off of the plastic bags without causing any damage, or should I just put another sticker over it, saying $400 or whatever amount? I plan to get the ones I think are worth $100 or more each (I researched them), graded, slabbed, and encapsuled to sell. The reason that I don't want the $1 stickers visible is that, who would pay $400 or whatever amount for a comic book that has a $1 sticker on it. @Dr.Suave, @eli77 or whoever knows how to do this.
