College mesage board

Like having the high school dj board, i think that it would also be a great idea to have a college dj board.

I'm tired of seeing the same suggestion brought up once a week!

Lets just make a fvckin college forum, that will clears some space in the Suggestions Forum at the very least!

Most everything discussed in the main forum is applicable to college-aged men and women, thus there really is no need for a college forum.

High school is a completely different animal - thus the HS forum.
