Wyld baby, I don't believe there is such a thing as "beyond" afc because the whole concept that the afc revolves around is that love is boundless, unconditional, eternal etc. How many men each year commit suicide believing that the girl they lost was the one for them.......i'm willing to wager it's in the thousands. (On a personal note: one of my buddies jumped off a bridge because he found out his girlfriend who had his kid cheated on him)Are all of them insane?? A low percentage probably but most have thoughts in their head that cause them severe pain and anguish....so if they follow this belief would they not be willing to empty their bank account in on single act off desperation to relieve that pain before they go off the edge....most definitly

First of all, my name is "Wyld", not baby. Now that we've got that out of the way...

Anyone who commits suicide is MENTALLY ILL...period. There is no debating this issue. It's fact. Depression is a mental illness. Obsessive Infatuation is a mental illness. Spending 17k on a newspaper ad in a feeble attempt to get someone back is a sure sign of mental illness. It may be temporary, reactive or a long term issue, but it's still mental illness no matter how you slice it.

Heartbreak can be like this!! In this state its not unreasonable to be irrational... Girls are like that all the time.. Spending more on clothes than they can afford... They use shopping to take whatever pain they have away..

This guy is in alot of pain.. Its not unreasonable to spend all you got to take away that pain!!!

Taken from the CNN article:
-----------------------------------
"She said my wife read the ad and started crying. But so far I've had no response from her," Larry said.
-----------------------------------

maybe she was crying because any respect she had for him went in the crapper once he did something so pathetic as letting the whole world know what a fool he is. Cuz everyone she knows probably knows all about it and so if she goes back everyone's gonna think it's cuz he spent 17grand to get her back.

so then does being an AFC mean you're mentally ill?

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

What about all those Japanese Kamakazi ? I guess there must of been a lot of mentally i'll japanese.

Is it a mental illness if you are horney all the time? What if every time you talk to a wyld woman all you can think about are her tities?

what this guy did was basically a Kamakazi act.
