Hi,
Need some advice no picking up in loud clubs, especially in the UK! Anyone got some killer openers they always use to good effect? It's often hard to hear in clubs so having a decent convo is tough - I'm not getting much success since getting out of my 2 year LTR 2 months ago!

Any advice appreciated!

just dance with them, get their name, disappear to the other side of the club...come back and dance again...
chill for a bit and ask what theyre doing afterwards,
see if they wanna come back for a party (helps to always have your mates going over yours after clubbing for a small party).

I saw this post and I had to reply... thus had to register etc.

I had a revelation when I was out in Bristol about this time last year. It was on the stroke of midnight. I was in one of these typical loud clubs (I believe it was called Evolution), and it was packed to the brim with FIT 18-19 year chicks.

And NONE of them were pulling blokes.

And that's when I realised, pulling in nightclubs where the lights are flashing and the music is ridiculously loud is much MUCH harder than going to late-opening bars, the ones that close at 2-3am (not sure how it works in other countries).

I also realised that girls of that age in general are too young for me (I was 23, now 24). THey dance sexily, wear little skirts, grope each other, kiss, hold hands etc. to attract attention, but the reality is they are afraid of Alpha-males.

No mate, you want to get to some bars where the music lets you think, the light system isn't strobe, and the women are a little older. My target audience is mid to late 20s and I'm having a lot of luck. They also have a bit of banter and don't mind the odd neg-hit. Try it. It's worth it.

its easy to score in clubs in london.

i goto hard house/ trance nights...and its just too easy to pull. maybe because the girls are all loved up on pills but still its easy and sweet..

I think looks and the way you act will make or break you.

The competition revolves around looks, as there is no way to influence your chances by talking to them. Birds will go for the tallest, best looking bloke.

You just CANNOT have a conversation in UK clubs, I'm sure they put loud PA systems in to stop girls being chatted up

So, dancing well, what you wear and general body language otherwise no chance. I once picked up a bird, but critically I had been talking to her in the queue for ten minutes.

Any sure fire ways other than this let me know!

How's the quality/quanty of women in London? I keep picturing it being a giant sausage fest, due to the immigration and foreign professionals (who tend be overwhelmingly men).

Any cities near London that's particularly known for its women? For example, in California, the quality of girls goes up by about 200% if you go to places like Newport Beach (although they tend to be spoiled rich girls).

Yo, Why does everyone living in America think that the UK is called London??

London is just the capital city in England!! There's tons of other cities here too you know. It's England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland that make up the UK. London is IN England.

It's like us calling the USA, New York.

Just wanted to clear that one up as it's really really f**kin annoying! Oh, and we don't all talk like the queen, or **** van dyke either!!!

Usually if you look good, you stand a good chance in a club and a lot of the time you can get the women to make the move, seeing that they're drunk, overconfident and "up for a laugh". Just exchange eye contact, give a smile or a wink.

A suppose a club is also a good place to have a wingman, or even better, a female friend who can break the ice for you.

Personally, I hate club pick ups. I'm very selective about the personality of my women and this is something you cannot judge in a club. Besides, I usually find that even when sober most club chicks have this cliched attitude that makes them think the same, talk the same and act the same as each other.

You should also be very careful about one night stands with these chicks, because it stands to reason that ONS girls have been around a lot and God knows what STDs they might be carrying or what other secrets they are holding.

Yeah, I find at clubs the best way to find a girl who is actually interested is if she picks you up. I find that a lot of girls are there just to get some male attention, dance, or enjoy shooting men down. To avoid wasting my time with these girls I usually wait for girls to pick me up. Not the best technique but has worked in the past. Oddly it was more effective when i was skinny and boyish. Now that I am bigger and muscular and more manly, I get less girls hitting on me.

The main problem i find in clubs is getting girls attention, as they are often so packed full it is impossible to see beyond five or six girls. Sometimes I fnd it helps to find a table and sip a drink and seem disinterested-or just hang around the bar with a drink and chat to girls as they order their drinks.

Thanks for the replies guys! Nice to get some sensible responses. I know what you mean about girls picking you up - that's happened to me a few times as well. Especially when you're dancing with your male friends (well! Not dancing WITH....you know what I mean!) having a good time and not caring. I'm gonna try that this term a bit more I think. I reckon my problem is that I still appear desperate sometimes which is because I start to think that it matters too much. I've been more successful when not thinking 'I wanna/gotta pull tonight'.
Its tough when you've been neglecting your game in an LTR

I'd like to hear more success stories of when, where and how us alphas in the UK have successful pickups over the next month or so!
