Closing?

Hey everyone,

Ok, for the last 3 or 4 months I've read all of David DeAngelo's newsletters, bought his book, and have read advice in these forums. The problem is that most of the advice in other books and websites are usually targeted at clubs and places like that.

I've search this forum and it seems like most of the advice here contradicts each other. One person will say something, and someone else will say exactly the opposite.

My problem is that while I've been using the techniques I've learned, and get great responses and have no problem meeting people, I suck at closing.

For some reason, I almost never close. I'm really just looking for some advice. Maybe a recommendation on the best things to read for High Schoolers. Any ideas on the best threads here or something good to read for closing?

It is much better for your target to feel like she *thought* of giving you her number, instead of asking and demonstrating lower value by supplicating. This will greatly reduce the number of flakes you end up with.

This has personally been field tested in High School by yours truly. Credit goes to Mystery.

"What steps can we take to continue this conversation?"

She will voluntarily say "well, I can give you my number if you want"

This works about 99% of the time for me, even if enough rapport has not been made.

PS- If you use direct game, such as Gunwitch or Grand Master...you must be congruent with you game and must ask for the number directly.

I use indirect game (ie. MM)
