Because you made passive remark makes me upset? No sir, that is false. I’m not upset with you or your beliefs, I have zero “routine” to direct your way. One thing for sure is I WILL NOT tell someone they can not gain 20 more pounds onto a frame naturally. I’ve been training 10 years, I started at 140 at 6’0”. I know what it takes to gain weight and do it in a natural manor.

That's great, but you still didn't tell him the truth, so I felt compelled to do so... he will probably still prefer to believe the story you will tell him as it's more hopeful, but in 2-3 years when his natural methods still didn't give supernatural results, he'll at least know why from the seed I planted lol.

lol, your only defense mechanism when the bubble is pricked is to try to demean me and play cool. But there's a reason why you lied or at the very least glossed over the truth instead of telling it, and then became defensive when I reminded him of it. I've dealt with this shyt a long time before, and done a lot of research. You can project on me all day but we both know why you're doing that, what reality is and that it won't change. Now I'm done with my message to him, you can have the last word.

This is the second time you’ve brought this up, you come off as the same guy that hates on other men in a gym that make progress and blame it on “roids” instead of dedicating time to achieve a goal. I once was very big 240 at about 13%bf
Never did roid, ate a **** load of stuff and lots of whey protein

Was at about 300g peotein per day, tbh might have been a bit too much.

If you were 240 you weren't at or anywhere near 13% bf bro, haha. That's more than Arnold Schwarzenegger's contest weight, a 6'2 professional steroid user who also has good genetics. It's far more than 6'1 Serge Nubret, who likewise is a professional steroid user with good genetics, and so on.

You’re showing your insecurities, and you must have been hurt before in some way to try and attack another man for his progress in life. I have no reason to lie, no one has asked me whether I’ve used or still do currently. You’re showing very poor characteristics. You’ve done very little research if any at all, and use big name body builders to feel like you know the industry. There is so much work that goes into body building, whether you use or stay natural. You sir think it’s a free ride. Keep up the good work, you’re doing it all for me.

I hear you on that. My daily calorie intake is 6500 cals for a solid bulk. That doesn’t include cheat meals throughout the week either. It ain’t easy growing, but you have to make yourself grow. Some people will never understand that.

You're focusing too much on numbers. You can certainly get to 240 at his height with 13% bf naturally. In fact, 13% bf isn't that lean. Serge was only weighing less in Pumping Iron (1975) because he did porn and his punishment was that he had to compete at ~200 lbs. He was capable of being heavier. Long back story behind that but in the end he held a lot of bitterness towards Arnold and the industry. Your average active guy is at 12-13%. When I sit at 11% in the off-season, people refer to me as "shredded" even though to me that's not even close to shredded. I think most people just never work hard enough to realize their own potential so they don't think it's attainable.

I don't think you've tapped into your full potential yet. Are you ever in NY? I'd rather talk about this in person. A lot of this is very nuanced and I guarantee that unless there is something wrong with you (thyroid issue, etc), what he posted is definitely attainable without the use of drugs.

No. You are 122lb at 5'9. Steroids improve protein synthesis but you don't even eat. What do you expect the steroids to build the muscle from? Thin air? Your problem is food and training. And you need facial hair. Everyone here has already given you the answers you need, yet you keep asking for quick solutions.

You’re not getting it. I eat 7-8 times a day. My calories are at 6500-8500 depending on a cheat meal or not.
6500 to 8000?? Recommended is like 2500 or something. Even if you do working out that seems way too much. What kind of working out burns 4000 calories in a day??
