You don't find classy women in night clubs or bars.

You can find classy women at grocery stores,malls,schools,gyms(almost always on treadmills),basically anywhere you would be when you aren't looking for trouble.

the most expensive part of downtown or shopping district is where most of the classy girls are- well,rich anyways.They are all the same no less though,don't let it fool you..it's all a facade anyways...lil rich girls..

Here in Nashville there is a whole county that's nothing but rich people...
My guy friends and I go there any chance we get!

I'm going to try to make this logical...

Young males in rich neighborhoods usually don't have that much "game"... They are more dorky/nerdy... So you'll have a bigger percent of single females. Chances are these girls come from classy families and they will be classey as well...

But I would think generally in every city there is a retail area that serves the rich...
