Hey, is it just me or is it extremely hard to hook up with someone in your church? You can't exactly flirt in church. So how do you guys approach a hot chick at church and hit on her? Or do you guys go to visit another church and see if you can hook up there?

Get involved in the Youth Groups, trips and extra-curricular activities.

They are veritable hook-up paradises in some cases.

If I wasn't such a coward, I would've lost my virginity at 16 during a retreat. LOL

Magnus, I am in the exact same position that you are in right now. Theres this hot chick from my church but shes the religious, I-dont-want-a-boyfriend type...ahh well, may the chips fall where they may, these type of church girls are wife/marriage material, so just have fun with otha chicks till you are ready for a serious relationship then pursue them, theyll be more in par with their emotions...heh...I wish i could follow my own advice sometimes

If by DJ you mean exuding the calm, happy, fun way of being that Pook advocates, I see no incompatability with DJism & being a Christian, none whatsoever. If, however, you think DJ = womanising player, then you will have problems in a church setting. I think Pook's got it right. I would read, re-read & digest his posts on killing depseration, if I were you.

lol @ visit another church and pick up another girl there...

The best venues are as Squirrel said... basically isolate the church as much as possible when you're tryina get with her, extra church activities are the first stage in movin away from the church association, but if you can this girl in another totally unrelated church venue then that's where the best success lies at...

But if it ain't happenin' at church, then just go to a party, to the mall, the club wherever... there's a ridiculous number of pick up spots and you'll undoubtedly find women / girls just as attractive or better than this one...

What is the purpose of these rules?

It's off the subject, but a lot of guys who have sexuality problems "hide " in churches to help alleviate their own guilt. And the bad thing is, you almost can never tell who these guys are, not at all. They act no differently, and they can be the most popular guys there. There's a few signs, like if the guy quits a high paying job to be a low paid church worker but he still has a family to feed, if he is a control freak who cannot tolerate dissention and would rather lie than admit he's wrong, if he prefers to work and be around kids, if he makes sexually charged "jokes" around these kids but shuts up when another adult walks into the room... don't ask how I know these things.

Yes, you can still flirt at church. You're all still human beings, and God meant for you to be fruitful and multiply, so what better place to meet chicks than in a church? I meet girls all the time at my church. The biggest difference is that, unlike a bar or a club, you're going to see these girls with perhaps their families week after week after week, so you can't wh0re the girls. You have to treat them respectfully.

The problem with church is that most people go and try to get away with acting differently than when they're outside of place, as if God isn't going to notice it. If you can't act exactly in church the same way you act outside of church, then you're a hypocrite.

Dude, church chicks are still just chicks. The one thing about church chicks is you'll see more of the extreme ends of personality types when it comes to prudishness and sluttiness, along with the normal ones. The prudes are the ultra-religious ones, the slutty ones are there out of guilt. The normal ones are there with their friends, enjoying themselves and flirting with the girls!... and the slutty ones
