I like it apart from the lack of food :D And those better be cigars you are puffing!

On another note, if you aren't going to be doing weights, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't get Never Gymless by Ross Enamait.

Good luck.

that diet needs to be fixed before anything else is even considered...whats the point of cardio and weights if you're just going to be downing chocolate cake and crap straight afterwards...

More importantly why have you named yourself after a dead pro wrestler who was one half of the Boddy Donnas tag team?

Day 2

Food:

Breakfast: None
Lunch: Steak Pie, crisps.
Evening: Scampi, chips, coleslaw, mixed veg. Cake, ice cream.

Day 3

Food:

Breakfast: None
Lunch: Steak Pie, crisps.
Evening: Burger, chips, coleslaw.

Exercise: Did 25mins walking both days, couldn't be bothered doing the other stuff, did play some darts though.

Motivation seems to be low, although the walking is an improvement.
Diet seems to be a hard habit to crack without putting some proper effort in.

Goals: Guess i'm really trying to lose weight here but i'm hoping some of the other stuff will define some muscle a little.

Name: Not only was Chris Candido a much under appreciated wrestler he also had some excellent trousers.

Your diet needs a hell of a lot of work, as has already been said.

Losing fat will define muscle. Doing weights and strength exercises whilst eating correctly will make those muscles larger and more noticeable.

In the modern day and age we have been lead to believe that eating less is how to lose weight-which is true in a sense-but not in the sense we want. If you look at all those women on weight watchers (men too), some of them lose 5 stone and look slim, yet when the top comes off still have a belly. What has happened is they have lost a lot of muscle, and probably a lot of fat granted, but that is not what you are after (I hope). Instead you eat sensibly and maintain or gain muscle mass whilst slowly reducing body fat percentage. The end result is a lot more aesthetically pleasing.

Given your stats it doesn't sound like you will need to do anything to drastic, although you will have to decide whether or not you want to gain some muscle whilst losing the fat and at your height/weight a little wouldn't hurt-although as long as you aren't skinny and are happy, that is all that matters-who wants to look skeletal? Anyway:

Go to ironaddicts.com and look for a sticky on timed carb diets. A timed card diet is what you need. You could also try out an anabolic diet (see www.stronglifts.com), but it is more extreme. Great if you like a lot of meat and eggs, etc...

Alternatively, and if you can afford $18 a months, I highly recommend you look into this:

Good luck...

Ps-Did I mention fat is good?

You need to change your diet asap. Perhaps plan your meals out a day before so you don't use the excuse of "no time" to eat properly.
