Chicks on Cell Phones

Do you game them? Here's the scenario:

Taking a walk in the park, always fun to oogle opposing traffic, so I give this chick the once over (lets say 7~7.5) and smile at her. She smiles back and drops a hello as she's passing in the middle of her saying something on the phone.

So... does the Don Juan stop her and try and start a conversation?

Does he continue walking?

Or maybe something more obscure, like picking up a pinkie0thumb phone and start mining a phone conversation?

Ideas?

Do you have time for it? Is there a reason why you must know her (perhaps to sharpen your rapport-building skills with strangers etc.)

also, she might have just been being friendly

You'd probably get a negative response if you just start blabbing away at her while she's already busy keeping up another conversation

I for one hate it when two people try to talk to me at the same time.

You could watch and wait til she gets off the phone and casually pass by and try something then, but never interrupt a chick on the phone.

hahah, i don't want to kill my cell phone either. There is no possibility of me reversing course and following her without major creep factor (its a walking path around a lake)

So either ask her something and see if the phone disappears (hey babe, do you like pie?) or just chill and stick to the chicks with dogs. The runners i don't bother with.

and you couldn't get her number having destroyed all phones within radius of the blast

I got a smile and a hi while she was on the phone. That's whats throwing me off.... obvious signal of interest, but phone to ear is obvious signal of "don't bug me"
