Hi. Is there a way of working out my chest without doing pushups?
Cuz if I do pushups I gotta do something like 75-100 pushups to train effectivly, and it takes me a lot of time and it's boring.
Is there any other way I can work out my chest at home?

Buy a pair of 10 - 30lb(whichever is right for you, I don't know how strong you are) dumbbells. Lie on the ground and do Chest Fly's.

Thats like saying "can i do anything besides sit down and stand up to work my legs"

squats will kill your legs and make them GROW BIG AS HELL.

do it and lift heavy

just do heavy bench presses, i have never gone wrong with that, until you can do 10-12 reps then increase by 5/10 kg
