So a company starts out with the position that chemicals are making peepee's fall off 'round the world. THEN they sort through 250 Scientific reports to cherry pick data to support their position.

I think there is definitely some validity to this, but I get the sense they are doing a bit of "cherry picking" to serve their agenda. If this was really a groundbreaking review of research, then it would be published in a journal like Nature or Science, but it was published by the company doing the review--CHEMtrust.

Still kind of unsettling though. Why arent there chemicals that make our d!cks BIGGER?!? :nervous:

I've read this in more reliable publications like Scientific American and Science magazine. The fact is something like 1/3 of male fish in some rivers and species carry eggs. Hermaphrite frogs are more common. Etc. Basically, the chemicals are mimiking estrogen and reducing sperm count and penis size in the most exposed animals, that being fish and frogs. God knows what it does to humans.

But think of how much Viagra and Cialis we consume. And think of all those twins you see in the double wide strollers, all a result of fertility drugs being used, presumably because the sperm didn't get the job done. It will be twenty years at least before we know the truth. But Rome poisoned itself with lead. No doubt we've poisoned ourselves with all kinds of chemicals by now, not to mention EMG radiation, microwave/cellular exposure, etc.

The other thing to note is that males are more susceptible to sex-linked genetic mutations b/c they have only one copy of some genes. So you end up with more male autistics, schizophrenics, etc. In other words, stuff that would damage DNA will be more damaging to the male population.

Good luck suing anybody about it yourself. But do consider supporting environmental groups which push for better pollution control and product testing.

hey, try to sue one of those big corporate companies and tell them that you were going to become a sperm donor and sell your sperm for big bucks.
think of some off the wall price and then say you need that times 8 , because you were going to sell your sperm eight times .
you had it planned out already to sell it when you were 27 30 32 35 37 38 39 40
or whatever.
your argument can be... that now you can not do this due to their products making you infertile.
you had no idea and nothing was ever disclosed on the products that you bought...

go for it, someone's going to.

It's an awareness....good to be aware that chemicals are altering our environment.

However the difference between social feminization and the chemical one is that you can easily do something in your daily lives about counteracting the effects of social feminization (i.e. be a "mack daddy"); but you are limited in your ability to change the chemical effects on your body. Throw out those styrofoam coffee cups, maybe?

Reminds me of the "Seven Habits"...there is a section in there about your sphere of concern and your sphere of influence. Very powerful and recommended reading. While the sphere(s) of concern are identical...with social feminization the sphere of influence is much larger than for the chemical.
