That is a perfect way to do it. If she dumps you for being drunk and possibly kissing a girl, and then being honest with her about it, she is a *****.

HOWEVER judging you unique situation and that other people might say something to her i guess telling her that you not sure what happened but you got drunk and kissed a girl wouldn't be too bad.

Hell yeah, he lost integrity. And he lost it at two vital points:
a) he was drunk, which means he lost control over himself, which lead to losing integrity in this situation, and
b)he kissed another girl, thus losing his integrity as a person of trust.
Jester's right, you're nothing but a little boy. So be a man, grab your balls and tell her what happened. And don't lie and think up excuses. Be straight and honest about it. That might end your relationship, but in the long run you will feel better about yourself.
