I'm the same height myself. Not much we can do about it.
Since I have bulked up (from 155 pounds up to 185 pounds), it seems like hotties check me out more.
Or perhaps, it is just that I am more confident and notice it more.
Lifting weights and getting your muscle mass up will give you benefits far beyond women, primarily more confidence in yourself as a man.
For a lot of years, I used to do just cardio - I was very fit, but muscle mass was minimal. All those wasted years of extra cardio that ultimately had no real benefit (above a basic level) that I could have put instead towards lifting weights.
But never too late so get stuck into it. But remember to start slow and build up.
