What do you think of the new law curbing this practice? Personally, if someone was snapping shots of me, I would be flattered at the very worst.

juan man, I am not familiar with the law either.
BUT you're at a busy beach on a hot day. You'll no doubt see a young boy or girl in the nude. drying off after a swim in the beach.

pedophile has stolen an image of that child and can do as he pleases with it. Not only is it disgusting, it should be illegal.

Taking a snap with a phone is much more discreet then a camera. -unless its with one of those super spy cameras diablo has and you can be out on a boat... i'm rambling and off topic.

Theres alot of problems with camera phones. But theres a lot of problems with alot of things.

unfortunantly, a law won't stop anyone who wants to violate that law.

I agree with the law. It isn't right to snap photos of people, especially if the photo is to be used for nefarious purposes. The idea of some pedofilia going to the swimming pool and taking shots of kids in the showering room isn't really my cup of tea.
