Just out of curiousity, which muscles do you guys think women like the most? Like top 5 favorites?
I would guess abs, chest, shoulders, biceps, and then gluteous maximus in that order?
That being said, what kind of ab workout do you guys do? Cuz I'm hella toned, everywhere except for my abs. I have no flab down there so thats not it, I have a flat stomach. But I can't get those Usher abs you know? They look pretty cut when I'm laying down, but I can't get em to the point where I can just lift my shirt while standing and just be like rawwwrr and make the girls go :crazy: ! you know what I'm saying? I got massive definition everywhere else and I focus my workout on my abs more, but it just hasn't produced results. Give me some tips. On getting those celebrity quality abs.
I guess you probably want to know what I already do.
Incline platform situps, Crunches with 40-60 pound weights (depending on how lazy i am that day), regular crunches, side crunches for my obliques, bridges, and those hanging leg lifts things.
