A soldier would be a great career so you can learn to accept authority.
Not much of a blind follower.

Here's a different spin on your situation. Sometimes when we feel other people are forcing us to do things, it's just our ego that is fearful that we may lose face, fail or endure some discomfort.
I don't feel forced, fearful, or afraid to fail. I just hate stupid policies. Even in school I woul rather write a 10 page paper than do busy work. Just tell what to do, leave me alone, and give me room to do it.

That's weird, this is exactly the way I have thought.

In my case it stems from the fact that my father had high expectations of me that I could never really fulfil and he was never content with the way I worked. So, I learned to just work and not really care what people thought and in fact didn't like it when they gave guidlines.

If that is the case it is good to remember that rules are only guidlines for people that don't know how to behave. Once you realize that the rules don't necessarily need to be followed and you already naturally fall within the guidelines; that is when you are a mature individual. Otherwise your just letting outside forces control you.

A rockstar who's made it big.

You get to basically control whatever you want: tour schedules, public appearances, CD releases, etc. Hell, you can even get on the stage and bad mouth the president infront of 10,000 people per city (ala Green Day).

Welfare bum. No hours, no boss, etc.

Freelancer: A word of warning, being a freelancer is VERY tough. You need to be either very talented, or be prepared to work 15-hours each day just to survive.

(This excludes people with 20 years of corporate experience etc)

Other than that, you could always start a dive shop on some tropical island, bringing vacationers on scuba trips...
Sounds like a great gig for retirement :)

Channel your excited feelings into positive thoughts and behaviors. You will attract women by being enthusiastic, radiating energy, and becoming someone who is fun to be around.

Entrepreneur (already mentioned), and also, any of the art fields:

writing
music
visual art
performance

In the art fields you may need to deal with editors or directors occasionally, but only to the degree that you're not an ass to them and if they have publication deadlines, you have to meet those.

I'm very dominant, but what I figured out how to do (after many years of struggling) is carve a niche of my own 'turf' where I have complete control, and I simply take the responsibilty for my work in that area. Then I give my work to someone else, and I just say that that's "their" sphere. In that way, you can work with people but not drive yourself crazy from having to do things their way.
