not necesserily. when you are cutting, you lower your carb intake, and as result you need to eat more protein. I personally do clean bulks and don't bother with bulking / cutting phases, but if I were to do it that way, I'd definetly spike up my protein intake. when you're eating less carbs in order to cut, your body turns to protein for energy, and as a result you need to eat more of it.Originally posted by silverwex
