why is the benifit of working out ur chest and bicepts one day instead of working out ur chest and tricepts, same thing for back and bi and not back and tri

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

no benefit, its better to do chest/tris, and back/bis, the reason is when doing back your bis are involved aswell, they synergise from the back exercises, think of your arms as hooks, doing back and bis requires a pulling motion in all exercises thus the reason to do them together, same with chest and tris those are pushing movements, so you do those together.

I'd say it's a matter of personal preference. You'll have to try both sets of workouts and find out which you like better.

With a synergistic workout, you might find that when you get to the synergist muscles, they're already fatigued and don't seem to perform as well as when they're hit on a fresh day.

With a chest/bis workout, the muscles being worked are each independent, basically, and so you can do more weight, or a higher volume workout.
