I'm really bad at opening messages normally everyone unless they view me first gets ignored. Once it gets going a little bit it's fairly easy for me to get a number although I usually just get bored and trash it.

Before I deactivated it a month ago, I got one number I was like meh last girl on this site I'm dealing with. Low and behold she came and saw me and already said she had to hangout with me til 6. "Duh U know where I took it" lol

Yeah I lift I used to only be like 110lbs aiming for at least 160!! Which sucks because recently noticed no matter what I eat I have to take beta glucans + msm in order to properly metabolise food/gain weight. Have to agree with you my smile was a bit large & it usually is

Girls are so easy on this site I don't have this best pictures just talk a mix of some normal/random **** then throw in some sexual innuendos here and there. Get her back to your place turn on a boring ass movie turn off the ac take your shirt off. (Really not a big deal to get laid is always my idea)

Approaching in real life is my biggest downfall, online dating gives me ego/confidence boost which in turns helps a lot.

Get rid of the smiling picture. (Trust me it doesn't make much of a difference.) The other two are fine...BUT

***Put up pictures from your Facebook. Your best pictures of you doing activities or out with friends. (Copy and save them on your desktop then add them on POF.)

Email me your username and password. When I get a chance I'll update your profile in like two minutes and spam out to the best looking chicks in your area.

It doesn't matter how good they look on there. They're all fvcked up. No matter where they live etc.

You seem like just because some chick looks good on there she's some sort of "prize" to be won and IF you got a response, number and meet you'd start catching feelings. You simply CANNOT do that with chicks who resort to online dating or you will find yourself in some pretty messed up situations.

POF is a gathering place for damaged chicks to look for the "one" while offering nothing, putting utter BS in ALL of their profiles while riding the c0ck carosel till the "ultimate man" comes to rescue them from themselves.

POF is nothing more than looking for a chick to date by searching an online catalog of known alcoholics, bisexuals, convicts, women with kids and multiple tattoos, mental issues etc. You should only be using it to practice talking to all kinds of chicks and pump and dumping the best looking ones.

If you go on there with the mentality of the "hawt" chick I'm going to catch feelings for....You are going to be in a world of problems.

Some dudes talk about POF because they're bitter about not being able to get replies. Others get replies like crazy, meets, pump and dumps or some even date these chicks. And it never ends on how fvcked up the chicks are who reside on that site. You have been warned.

some general remark since it hasnt been mentioned yet i guess: self taken pics make you look like you got no friends who would take them for you. so get rid of those.

either use an autotimer or ask someone (why not a cute girl on the street?). professional pics might come across as trying too hard, but if they are good and you look hot, chics will hope you are desperate. activities and/or puppies are good, but not necessary. dont look in camera directly and do not smile too much. a smile makes them like you, a cool and distant look on your face makes them wanna be focked by you. your choice.

First you need a better about me. Solo self taken pics scream "Loser"
The angry constipated look makes you look mean or creepy.
Don't use a pet in your self pics.
Have someone take pics for you in a social seting with some friends.
