What self-help could you recommend to read? Are there perhaps any books in particular that had the most impact on your life that you could recommend more than others?

Not really self-help explicitly but they do help in certain areas:

Money:
The Intelligent Investor - Benjamin Graham
Any good book on budgeting --> also start tracking income, expenses, etc

Dating:
Book of pook - a classic from this community
Models - Mark Manson
Evolution of Desire - David Buss
What do Women Want - Daniel Bergner

Health:

Nutritional Biochemistry - Tom Brody --> gives much more detail than other books that essentially take 300+ pages to say EaT MoAr PrOtEiNz BrUhHhH. Hopefully gets you started on the intuitive eating path.

Also make sure you're taking the time to journal regularly. If reading is the input of information than journalling can be a form of output of information. All one or the other is generally a bad strategy. You cant fill up a gas tank forever without spillover and you cant drive forever without filling up. get what i mean?

I'll keep an eye on this post and if any more spring to mind i'll add em.

Happy reading pal!

Although i haven't read it myself yet, many many people speak highly of this book having greatly impacted their life - The power of now, by Eckhart Tolle.

The topic is more important than ever in today's world imo.
