what what i benefit from lying about such a thing? that's plain ridiculis.
eat a cup of shredded raw oatmeal blended in milk or protein shake and tell me how you feel in about an hour...
i meant provide credible links (ie to pubmed research) indicating that fiber does all the things you say it does.
anyone can publish a book about anything, credible or not.
i put a cup of raw oats in my shredded wheat every morning, and i feel fine. it gives me a steady supply of energy throughout the morning.

it's a drink or do you cook the wheat and oats? because it's different than raw, grounded and in a shake. I am sure there are plenty of credible links on fiber being bad but i have nor the time to look it all up  much to lazy, i could-but it would just be a waste of time and effort,i'd rather do something else.

i open the container of oats, dip in a 1 cup scoop, and dump it on top of my cereal. then i add milk and eat it. i can't stand the texture of cooked oatmeal. :p

pubmed searches are easy, btw

how big is the cup? 8oz small cup or 30 grams- kinda like the size of a scoop from a inside a protein shake jug? if you're chewing it with ceral it mixes up and becomes somewhat predigested with the cereal and milk,it's totally different than blending it into a protein shake and gulping it down.plus the chewing action itself produces enzymes and saliva further breaking down the foods you are chewing and helping it digest it even further.this greatly helps the digestion process.i have tried the whole raw oats, protein, milk thing..and it was horrible,it tasted like a cross between paper mache and sand water or something similarly disgusting..it came out the other way that same way as well

organizedconfusion You're a retard.

The author is wrong on so many levels. He's an illiterate and the intro statements have tons of mistakes in them.

As suspected, he's an atkinson advocate.

It's a shockbook designed to generate sales by the virtue of its atrocious statements.

So, you could be wrong about something but don't want to figure out what is REALLY going on because you're too lazy and "would rather do something else"? Great way to approach things...

organized confusion is an appropriate name...except for the organized part. this is more ridiculous than most of the other 'X is bad for you' screeds that get posted here from time to time.

anyone who listens to you deserves what they get......

no, i have no time to waste on people that won't listen anyways. And tyring to prove a point on a seduction forum about certain health issues is a waste of time.Wasted effort and personaly,if you don't want to listen then i don't really care

Hey organizedconfusion, I have bowel problems that could not be diagnosed. a specialist thought I had celiac disease for a while. Anyway I know you don't like me because of my posts on "the secret" but I have eaten raw oats with milk my whole life. I will start cooking them now and see if i notice a differance.

So what do you think about bread? I've been eating rye bread because it's high fiber and I dont like eating too much weat. What do u think?

I hate it when people wont consider that anything is bad for them just because there doing it and they're not in hospital.
