Allan has really liberal policies on the women posters. He hasn't banned any female AFAIK, no matter how much flame she generated.

If you choose to post, please be considerate of the general beleif system of the forum and don't post stuff against it. You'll be lucky if you can change one man in your life, don't try to change us all. Some classic examples of the flame posts are:

All of you want X
Unless X=sex (and not "just sex" mind you) This statement will be wrong. We want different stuff.

Tricks don't work
Tricks don't. This board doesn't teach you tricks. It gives a mindset.

No woman will fall for that
Some don't. Most do.

You're all misoginistic and bitter
A small percentage is. A lot of threads are just guys venting. Remember: The guys who "understand the game" post very rarely, cause the forum gets repetitive after some time. The ones who post are just starting out and it's natural to make mistakes and be frustrated.

It all should be natural, just be yourself
Tried it. Didn't work. Now we're trying something else. It's a free um... internet community. After a while we discover ourselves and just stay ourselves.

There will always be disagreement and that's good. About 80% of the guys here are ok and will give feedback if you post reasonable stuff.

If a girl speaks her mind on the forum, she's noticed and usually valued.

Hm. Somebody said that DJ's were HARD to get. Well, to whoever said that: speak for yourself only, because a lot of these "DJ's" here would start slobbering, run in the bathroom, jack off, and do anything they can to get a woman just because she happens to LOOK good....screw her personality...

Truthfully, a lot of these people on this board are dumba$$es, I'm just gonna come out and say that. Instead of saying something to this girl like, "Sure, you can post here if you want", they have to show out, try to be funny in front of their boys, and say some dumb $hit, trying to charm her by being "****y and funny".

I swear to God that David DeAngelo would have a heart attack if he saw how many people abused his technique of C&F because they don't know how to use it correctly at ALL.

A lot of y'all just come off as dumba$$es who just like to show out by being rude and arrogant to easy targets. Quite frankily the only reason that I post here is to offer my advice to those who actually aren't dumba$$es. That, and correct the "advice" that dumba$$es give to people who need help.

Craig, I agree with you about this and I think taht there are some good premises in what you have to say. There are a lot of dumba$$es and this board who make idiotic remarks, but those people are just everywhere regardless. Part of life is to deal with the unnecessary nonsense that living produces in your life.

On the other hand I don't feel a person should be so stuck up that they get caught up on such trivial non-serious issues that don't affect them personally unless they let it. There is nothing wrong with being laid back and non-seriuous in the spirit of fun, which I completely support and if some are like that I have no judgements against them.

That depends, some of the older guys have a diffrent style than the younger guys and it comes out sounding sort of stilted the way the older ones make the approach. Some things I consider sleezy may not have been sleezy years and years ago.

So, yeah, I agree that some things men say on these forums can come off as rather sleezy. I've even felt this, but it's also a matter of perspective as some of it may have had some value at some point in time regardless of the fact that it's the same concept.

Well, I was being ****y and sarcastic about the harem thing.

C&F = ****y/Funny

It's where you say something that would otherwise be arrogent but in a way that's funny and not personal.

Normally when a girl equates natural male/female attraction with homosexuality in any way she is implying disinterest in the man in question.

I'm not offended, I just have studied a great deal into the ways women communicate. If you will do some back tracking on previous post you will see indications of this in my successes, and also failures.

Never mind, I already went and found some post you can look at to see what I have found. The ****y/Funny one isn't really a good example of ****y/funny, but I won out by using that.

It seems like the more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm not sure of your age but I was into that sci-fi stuff back in the day before it was mainstream. Back then, obviously, it was just mostly us dudes into it exclusively. As a result most of us guys were in the same boat as you girls when it came to being perceived as "eccentric" though we didn't use such euphemisms back in my day. Oh, and to give you some idea of how old I am, I actually remember when there was only one set of Star Trek cast members, I remember anime from the days when you could only get bootleg tapes. Oh yeah, and I absolutely can't wait for Lucas' latest release of the original trilogy special edition. I am just intoxicated with anticipation on Mr. Lucas' latest "enhancements" of that classic trilogy .

I find it ironic that now these days, eccentric is considered cool. Many people artificially cultivate quirks and eccentricities just for the hell of it. But I don't find myself playing that game, even though I was and still am "in the club". Many of the most interesting people who happen to be eccentric are so because of something in their lives that they're trying to cope with or had to cope with. For example those of us who had to endure being social misfits during our youth and such. Not succumbing to peer pressure is one of the most grueling gauntlets that one will ever have to face. Don't let it get you down. At least your eccentricities have a logical complement to your personality.
