Can someone help me close in NYC?

I am a young guy in NYC. I can socialize with girls very well, they all like me, i can get them to laugh... but I don't know how to close. I can feel the sexual tension, but I have no idea how to indirectly say "wanna come home with me so we can have sex"

Well there's an awseome seminar in your area I went to does hands on training. It really elevated my game. It will cost you a few hundred bucks but its definitely no BS
