Can or can't touch this?

Okay, I just need a few opinions on this so I'll make quick.

There is this girl (isn't there always), and every time I make her laugh or play it right by her, she always kino's me via grabbing my arm and during this short period of grace I am free to touch her back completely freely with her being very receptive of it.
However (and this can be less than a minute later) sometimes during normal conversation, or particularly any time I play ****y funny and I go in for a little kino, she looks at me offended and says "don't touch me".

I figure she's just not sure what she wants (her parents would never let her date) or is doing a really bad rendition of playing hard to get.
Anyhow, It ain't bothering me too much, as this girl is mainly a bit of fun for me, but I would like to know your opinions on why she goes from one extreme to the other so quickly.

"Short period of grace"? I figure you're not fully into the DJ teachings yet, so I'll be nice.
Like all women, she's definitely aware of what she wants on a subconscious level. Now, it's up to you to show her that you're "the sh!t". Simply put, use all that cool stuff from the DJBible (C/F, kino, etc.) to gain advantage.
Role reversal is great. Hot/cold is good too. (One day you seem interested in her, other day you ignore her completely).
