My main concern is my confidence. I'm trying everything I can to make it better and am still searching for more ways.
I've stumbled onto meditation. I tried it a few months ago, but to try to make my concentration levels while studying go up. I have to be honest, after just 4-5 days of 10 minutes of meditation I gave up, I didn't see any improvement, it even got worse.
But I want to try it again, as I read a lot you have to have patience for the effects to kick in. Is this true? Are there persons on this forum who do it and can tell me all the benefits?
