Hey everyone.

Has anyone here ever successfully gotten rid of dark under eye circles?

If so what did you do/use? For a while I thought it was lack of sleep, but over the last few months i've been getting at least nine hours, and it hasnt changed things.

I would really like to lose mine, but after searching on the internet it seems like everyone has a differant opinion.

Any suggestions or stories or anything would be hugely appreciated, I'm really getting sick of them.

Thanks again.

step one: Forget they are there
step two: Get outside
step three: Get sex
step four: get food

bing :)

More specifically:

Exercise, diet, healthy mindset, etc. They aren't there, seriously.. You're the only one whos still believing in them...

did my previous reply make any sense? I bet it did. But not in the way you thought it did.

Thanks for forgetting about whatever it was and moving on with your life.

I know what you mean.

But I'll be having a great day, and then someone will mention them. Which makes me feel cr*p for the rest of the day.

I was hoping that someone here might have had some luck with it.

Pulse, your intentions are good, but lets face it, he wants the problem fixed, not forgotten about.

On some people, sure they might not exist to others, but his are probly very noticeable if people are actually commenting on them.

I have a similar but less drastic situation so I bearly notice them. But if they have gotten to the point of people commenting, then I can see why he wants it fixed.

Unfortunately, I cant offer advice other than some docs say its veggies that can help eliminate circles...ive only heard this somewhere, correct me if I'm wrong...

Thanks Jimbo.

I have read that a lack of iron may be a cause. This may have something to do with the vegetables. I'll definately check into it.

Might help to know what your bad habits are. Do you drink? Smoke? Drugs?
