Yep. I've done that a few times in my life. Failed to act as I had doubts about myself for reasons I didn't want to admit or work on. Same things that we all think about at times. IE: (Live at home, car's not the best, not as "good looking" as dudes she's dated, maybe not going to be the "best" lover etc.) Perhaps living the fantasy is better than finding out the reality for some dudes.

I don't so much fantasize and idealize as I kick my @ss over sure thing hot lays that I screwed up. I'm like the anti-romantic that way: I'll be tangled up for days lamenting missed sex, even in the midst of other lays. I wish there was an article for that.
