Calorie burning foods or thermogenisis or whatever it is called is an over-rated phenomonen.
Nothing replaces hard work in the gym, low carb, and structured re-feeds.

Agreed. Anything else is most likely a worthless gimmick.

Although it's scientifically proven that some foods will burn more calories than they contain, to get visible, practical results from them is basically impossible.

The best calorie burning food is nothing. Like literally: nothing. If you are worried about calories, learn to count them and eat less instead of eating food that is supposed to burn calories.

Secondly if all those foods you listed burn more calories than they give as you say...You realize all the vegetarians in the world would be dead right now, right?

guys do not order any online viagra/medicine from other countries
you can be watched by feds

Foods give you energy. Exercise burns calories. If you want to raise your metabolism, spread your food out over the day and do some strength building exercise in co-ordination with cardio.

Those foods don't actually burn energy. Your body burns energy from processing, like celery. You can eat a stick of celery but all the energy used in chewing, heating and digesting will be more than the energy you get from celery itself because it's mostly water and a little bit of fibre.

You can get a similar effect from eating lots of vegetables (aka a healthy diet). Mostly water, take up space when digesting.

If you really want to boost the metabolism, run 3 times per week. I guarantee the effect will be significant and it takes way less effort than hunting down some obscure fruits and spices and then trying to eat them.

Oh geez and I thought my biggest worry about Viagra was having an erection that lasted longer than 4 hours.
Yes but if you mail order from overseas the Feds will have erections that last longer than 4 hours. Can't be circumventing those local monopoly prices now can you?
