Sounds like derealization.

Tired, hollow feeling and lacking spirit. Did I write this? LOL. But really, I understand what you feel like.

So you seek short term pleasures and stopped giving a damn about your image. I take it you're running on impulse right now.

Dude, this is textbook depression. Your brain chemistry is screwed up because your body chemistry is screwed up. Stress will do this either mental or physical. You can use drugs to get back to normal but they have side effects that are often worse than the ailment. The best thing you can do is find the sources of stress and eliminate them. In order to heal you should follow a healthier lifestyle. Get plenty of rest, vitamin C, vitamin B (helps with stress) and get rid of toxic people that are causing you problems. Also lots of fresh green foods. Get back to exercising because it has benefits but since you're physically run down then take it easy. Do some cardio, a little bit of light weights and that's it. Keep the blood moving but don't go heavy and add even more stress to the nervous system. It adds up.

If you ignore this and continue as you do prepare for it to get worse. I can tell you what happens if you try to soldier through. Your nervous system will begin to break down from stress. You will experience even worse derealization, acoustic and visual hallucinations like tinnitus or visual snow, muscle twitches and the next steps after are even worse.

Do something. I speak from experience. I have chronic depression running in the family. It sucks.
im trying..

If you want to talk about it, I'll be glad to listen. Keep trying and be patient. Recovery is slow but if you stick with it, it WILL happen.

I got rid of my tinnitus and some of the stress in a week because of the lifestyle changes I made. Then another week I thought everything was back to normal... thought I was ok again and went back to my stressful ways.

Nope.

All the problems came back. I have no evidence, only personal experience but I really think the body will accumulate stress over time and in order to get rid of that stress you need to really mellow out and have a relaxing lifestyle for awhile until the body can deal with it. A vacation isn't going to remove the tension from a year of hard work. It doesn't 'reset' the body or the mind.

It's interesting the way the mind and body will break down due to stress, and everyone has a slightly different way of manifesting that.

thanks for the kind words. things are slowly get worse over the years as i try to survive and cope and pretend am okay to the world but i can feel the break down. the reason for my dysfunction runs deep in my past and cannot be fixed by me i just survive and cope and function but i hit these walls and each time i hit one i recover less and less.. distractions are losing their effect .

There is no problem on earth that God cannot fix. You can either choose not to believe in the power of miracles and stay in a rut or you can take a leap of faith and gamble by attending church . The choice is yours..

I have been reading a lot of books on success and psychology lately to improve my mind set. They have really improved my life, one that would be help full to you might be: The Psychology of Achievement by Brian Tracy, he addresses this: the reason for my dysfunction runs deep in my past and cannot be fixed by me i just survive and cope and function but i hit these walls and each time i hit one i recover less and less.. distractions are losing their effect

Also moderate exercise for 20 minutes releases endorphins that combat depression, that along with eating healthy would probably help.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

No disrespect intended, but stop with this bruh.

There's plenty "God" can't fix and "God" doesn't magically heal anyone from what sounds like depression.

I usually don't speak out toward religious comments as I don't want to come off as disrespectful but that "let God heal you" sh1t is annoying.

Sorry.

Just cos you are dysfunctional doesn't mean everyone else is the same.

Time to seriously get your priorities straight. Forget all that other stuff, its time to work towards the Hyperdrive.
