Call a girl out on maki out with another guy?

So I met this girl in 1 of my classes and asked her to get lunch and we had a sweet hour long lunch where I got her number and she showed interest and whatever.. This was in the afternoon. When I went out last night I think I saw her making out with another guy at a party..

I want to ask her for dinner and drinks today but when I ask her, would it maybe be good to call her out on seeing her making out with this random guy to show that I don't care (which I don't) and tell her something like I'm obviously more fun than this guy
