Confirmed caffiene and nicotine (vape) addict.

sleep issues.

anyone relate experienced giving up either?

suffer a bit with stress/anxiety. Wondering if both isn’t helping, given I’m on tons of both. Maybe 700mg caffeine easy and I vape non stop. I often wake up to vape too.

If you mean quitting, there are a lot of different approaches, but I prefer cold turkey with nicotine. Coffee you can scale down. Nicotine is more difficult, stopping outright often works better than scaling down.

I would ask your physician or maybe a psychiatrist consult as to why you’re taking that much caffeine and nicotine in the first place.

IMO, if caffeine came up for FDA approval these days, it likely wouldn't get it.

It's kind of a crappy drug that gets you hooked but provides less and less benefit and requires more and more consumption over time.

Coffee is the single biggest source of antioxidant consumption in the US, because our collective diet is such garbage. And that's with most people drinking pre ground crap like folger's. Grind your own beans and if you add anything, make it honey from a beekeeper.

You mean that corrupt federal institution?

Caffein has certain beneficial uses, so its use would likely be 'restricted'.
