Bulking Up: How much did it improve your life?

Between today and yesterday i typed up 3 long posts and just decided it wasn't worth the effort and would cause more trouble than it's worth.

But Espi covered one of them.

A 170 lb muscular guy is a whole different story than a 170 lb fat guy. The weight is distributed in the shoulders, chest, and back rather than the gut so the muscular guy looks bigger. Basic point...

140 lbs ripped or not is still tiny and reminds me more of a gnat scurrying around the gym no matter how hard his expression or how strong he really is. This is about perception.

I think its not only body fat that determines how much volume one seems to take up at the same weight, but also how strong that person is at that weight. The most deceptively light people I've met also has very good squat/dead/bench numbers as well low body fat.

It might be that not only do they have muscle, but well proportioned muscle as well. So that they have optimal shoulders, hips, v-shape back, ect.

Or maybe since they were active when they were young, they had some scapula manipulation so that their bone structure appears more masculine.
