Just pretend that you HAVE to do them on a straight line from point 1 to point 2. If you aren't using towels on a hard, sleek surface, then do that.

I tried this at home the other day. Not too bad. Though, I don't have any slick floors that are big enough, so I went the really cheap way.

Newspaper under the hands. :D

I like to have two hot girls on either side of me, slicked up with oil... tricky to perform but works.

No seriously, who died and designated that guy as the one with all the answers? I am a bit skeptical for one reason: no bodybuilders that I know of do those exercises. The bench press has always been the mainstay for chest workouts, tried and proven. Oh well, I will try to give his method a try anyway, since his post does make sense. I am mainly skeptical since, well, he is a businessman, trying to make money, possibly gain publicity.
