As with any situations involving an attached women, steer the conversation away from the topic of her commitment as quickly as possible. Through text this is difficult, especially since it isn't easy to use actual physical charm and game to do so effectively.

I'd just send a message to laugh it off while at the same time setting up a meeting point (if you're still trying to pursue) at quickly as possible. The less texting, the better.

Maybe, "Pft. Who said I was looking for anything more than friends? I just wanted to see if you were interested in doing _____ activity that I was already planning on doing at ______ time." (friend zone her – always throws em for a loop)

If she accepts, once you see her in person make it clear with your actions you aren't trying to be friends and, if you have enough game, you'll be able to convince her and score. Never try to do the leg work via text.

What specific advice is he supposed to get from the dj bible? I don't think his boyfriend response was great, but it could have worked. I agree, either come out and say you're against cheating or minimize the topic then push with your actions.
