Well Today was a rest day.

Food today
4 Eggs (I think Im gonna up it to 6 for a while)
Beef nuggets & Lo mein
1.5 lbs beef patty
Thai Food (pad thai & Curry chicken)

And what the hell Ill post pics of what I look like now.


So yeah... Not the best shape but not the worst. We'll see how I change over the months. And yes I know I am Hairy. I just dont hate it enough to have my skin torn off every few weeks to get it removed, or shave my whole body every week.

EDIT: HAHAHA! Just occured to me I named these pics "Fatty" and "Fatty 2" lol. I think my ego just poped and blew away in the wind.

Well today I didnt have the energy to do dead lifts (Plus I dont even know If I have the right form)

DeadLifts: None
Rows: 200 x 10 & 200 x 8
Preacher Curls: 45 x 10 & 55 x 8
Forearms: 2 sets of 50 x 17 (Need a little more weioght next time)

To be honest of why I didnt have energy I got baked in the morning... I dont think Im gonna smoke weed ever again. It was weird as hell (as well as the fact that being caught is bad) and scary... So yeah Ive tried weed and Ill prolly never do it again. That was a bad decision that I wont make again.

Food:
5 eggs
Chicken burger (It was gross)
Thia food leftovers

Ima go get a snack.

Next week will be taken off partially. I have no access to a gym and will be having minor surgery (wisdom teeth on wednesday) But I will do Pushups & sittups on monday and tuesday.

no need to do to pushups or situps, give yourself the rest. you won't lose any strength - keep up the eating.

OK The only prob with eating is I will have holes in the back of my mouth... So basically only mashed potatoes and nonchuncky soups for 3 days... Any sugestions on food (that doesnt need to be chewed)?

Yeasterday I ate
2 Eggs
Clam Chowder, Bread
2 microwave burritos
12 pieces of Sushi (I love sushi and I would think its really healthy)

And I wanted to know what peoples opinions were on canned evaporated milk. I had some today and looked at the nutrition facts and it has 480 cals in a 12 oz can. 24g protein, 24g fat and 36g carbs. I was thinking of having this with my normal breakfast and mixing in some whey.

Fettuchini Alfredo w/ Chicken dish
2 Chicken breasts
Salad, Noodles w/ sauce

Today
Waffles
Can of chili
Fettuchini Alfredo w/ Chicken dish
2 Chicken drumsticks
Grilled chicken dish
2 pizza slices
Still hungry...

I love chicken...

I Havnt been keeping track of my food much... But the nevitable is happening, my mom is *****ing that Im eating too much. Im guessing that Im eating about 3000 calories a day but Im not sure cause I dont count em...

And I must admit that Ive been eating crap the past 3 days because I had my wisdom teeth removed and my jaw was sore and tight. But I think I can eat all the good stuff now... I just need to up my water intake and lower my sugar and junk food intake.

I think how our bodies are is kinda funny. I'm doing about 140 lbs for incline bench but using 75s for dumbbell bench. Weird how different peoples' muscles end up.

Weigh yourself every 2-4 weeks so you don't get worked up about weight changes. I don't fluctuate as much as i used to but 2 years ago i used to weigh myself daily and it'd change 4-5 lbs overnight all the time.

Yeah... Ill bet you can bench more than me though. My max is 190. And Ive heard that your supposed to be able to do like 20% more on decline but I can only do like 80% of my bench on it.

Now I know to stay away from that stuff rom experience. I want some real food! Tomorrow Im gonna workout... Not sure about thursday though (4-20) Ima bad boy...

I dont know what my 1RP max is. I did about 175 the other day for about 6 reps for 2 sets. I dont normally flat bb bench though. I was just curious and happened to have a spotter, which i never do, that day.

Im stuck on 75 lbs db bp (cant even manage 1 extra rep) the last few times so i think ill change to some real heavy chest dips or move to decline db bp. Is decline really that different for dbs though? I did decline a few times before and it was always at the same weight as just regular flat.

Haha... i some tuna and whole grain noodles then shoved a few snickers bars and peanut butter cups in at the end.

Yeah thats alot more than I can do. With 175 I can prolly do 2 sets of 4 and at 185 maybe 2 sets of 2.
I only use 1 rep max as a guage to see how much ive improved every 2 or 3 weeks

DB Bench 55 x 8, 55 x 3 (Failure)
Dips 8, 5
Shoulder Press 65 x 8 (Failure)

On 4-20 I did
Deads 225 x 5, 245 x 5
Rows 190 x 10, 200 x 7 (Failure)
Preacher Curls 65 x 20, 65 x 1 (Failure)
Forearms 55 x 20, 18

Need to eat more.
Need to eat healthier.
Need to drink more water.

Today I did:
Squats: 185 x 6, 205 x 6, 135 x 20
Glute Hams: 35lbs weight @ 2 x 15
Calfs: Didnt do. My calves were sore.
Decline abs: 35 lbs x 20

Post workout meal: Turkey and Grape Juice(51g carbs, 80g protien, 7.5g fat. 600 calories) I think its healthy and Im gonna stick with it unless someone has a problem with it.

Need more water.
Will Try to get better Multi Vitamins.
