I've been wondering for a while...Certain foods (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc.) are supposed to be breakfast foods. Is there any nutritional basis for this?

Basically what I'm wondering is, would it be just as good to eat a chicken breast with a salad for breakfast as it would any other time of day?
