Boot camp???

I'm new here and have become very interested in the boot camp. I downloaded it and have started the week 1 training and so far it is going pretty well. I came on here to post what was happening and how it was going but all you seem to have is the week 5 section. I have looked but can't find any of the previous sections. Are they on the forum? if so could someone post a link?

Being Norwegian, I have no idea what a boot camp is.
Can anybody explain?
