There really is no convenient way to determine your testosterone level. After a lot of reading regarding supplements/bodybuilding, I've deducted that some things work for some people and sometimes not for others (or so they say).

Just realize that the human body is so complex and different from person to person that no one can know or predict every response your body will make. Basically the only way to find out if something works is to try it.

I obtained the "Warrior Diet" by Ori Hofmekler, and gave it a whirl. Moreover I recommended the basics of his dietary practices to a few buddies. I have nothing but good things to say about his program. Now there IS a discomfort phase, but its a delicious yummy sort of pain - like the pleasure a man gets from exerting against his limits. It requires discipline, and it builds discipline. What Hofmekler recommends is the primal eating patterns of the ancient Hebrews, Greeks and Romans, Muslim Arabs, and other similar 'tough' tribal peoples. Some desert Arabs in the middle east and Africa still do it to this day, its called "sawm" during their month of Ramadan, and at other times in the desert the ones who are still nomads basically subsist on dates and water during the day, and meats at night.

A partial fast during the day, with an indulgent feast at night. Balanced intakes of protein and carbs at night, don't eat close to bedtime, during the day you avoid complex carbs and basically eat greenery, a few fruits, drink water.

My friends profited from my advice more than I did, because they had more discipline :) Heh. And I gained muscle mass, feel sharper, more manly, keener. Like a bloody knife.

The one thing that throws me off, I'm really sensitive to masturbation now for some WEIRD reason. Being with a girl saps me a bit but I also feel rejuvenated. But ejaculating by myself by hand, wipes me out and leaves me feeling like sh-te for hours afterwards. But I'm too freaking conditioned to stop :-/ I only do it a couple of times a week, and the girlies seem to really enjoy my new found energy, so I really have no excuse...

Give the book and diet a try. Or don't give Ori any money, but just figure it out from his website. He gives away enough free info to easily implement his diet. But the book is HIGHLY valuable.

my way of boosting testosterone....watch porn for about a half hour or so...but DO NOT EVEN TOUCH YOUR D!CK. keep your hands off...its difficult, but you can do it. after your done watching, blast some of your favorite gaming music...it gets me so pumped up to go out and get some.

The testosterone is always there - it just isnt about in your blood stream to use it effectively. Be careful with this cos it really works... watch something that turns you on, but stay *completely still* while doing it, just watch - resist the urge to 'do something' about it... works best if done right before going out - improves ur approach confident about 700% ...

OK, I have read through parts of this thread, and have some questions:

-I see that ZMA is zinc and magnesium, right? I have zinc tablets, but they are 50mg... is that too much? Can I take magnesium seperately, and what size should I take? Does taking it before sleep really help?

-I am curious about this "watching porn and not jerking" thought. Does that really work? Does a stimulus like that actually train you to produce more testosterone?

It doesnt trai you to create more, it just forces your body to overload your blood with it and once its there you gotta do somethign to get rid of it, sex, have a fight, or do weights.

Why do you think at some gyms they have those gay techno videos playing with hot babes dancing ???

GUYS!! Most healthy men consuming normal/healthy diets (especially young men) do not need extra zinc in their diet.

Does zinc increase testosterone levels? Yes. BUT only in men who are DEFICIENT IN ZINC! And it only raises test back to normal levels. Most men are not deficient in zinc.

You took ZMA I'm assuming then? I'm also assuming that you took a multi when you took it, did YOU stop talking you're multi whenever you took ZMA. What were the effects?

I bought some magnesium and I have zinc, 50mg, tablets. the muti i'm currently taken has 25mg of zinc in it. Too much zinc if I take the tablets plus the multi? Whats the risks? My multivitamin strangely only has 25% of my daily recommended value of magnesium.

I'm just going to try it for a while and see if it does anything to me. Anything else I should know?

Hey guy sorry to rain on your parade, but you really cant increase your testosterone enough naturally to see an increase in muscle mass. Most of the supplments out today aside from protien and creatine are a big fvcking waste, viatmins included! Absolutely. The best way to increase your testosterone is quitting to fap and starting to work out - that combination works wonders. Anything else is unnatural bullsh*t that destroys your hormone balance. Why f*ck with your body? Besides, you risk increasing the balding process (if existent) by giving your body more testosterone that potentially can be transformed into DHT.

Supplements are only good for you if we're talking about vitamins and minerals. It's okay to have a healthy balance of a good diet and some solid supplements.

Hi! I am looking for natural ways to boost testosterone, as my libido is lagging at present.

I already weight train with heavy weights. I have heard about dietary changes being effective. Is there any truth in the claims that the following boost testosterone

Saturated fats
Egg yolks
Flax oil
Red meat

I massage my scalp with rosemary oil. Its anti estrogenic. Its good for skin and scalp plus hair. Mines nice, long hair and very thick. Blonde. I have read estrogenation and I have eliminated anything estrogenic or faux estrogenic. Think carbs be it simple or complex and artificial. Obv natural is better but the point is that, your body will be metabolize it accordingly. Eliminate anything estrogenic or exo-estrogenic. Shampoos, store bought deodorant or soaps, milk, any soy or soy oil, dressings containing anything, tap water, noxema or sunscreen lotions, and typically anything you cannot pronounce or are unsure of what it is. Don't use.

I drink RO (reverse osmosis) water. I don't eat fast food ie estrogenics. Optomise Testosterone. The compliance with the culture and girl power cuckoldry is a example of low testosterone.

Lift. Check 23 and me. Transcript the data. Alternatively, test your responses to lifting heavy, PRs, volume, hypertrophy or strength train. Do you respond to the 5*5 or 8x12 or 6x 3 80% max? I fast. I get 8 hr sleep minimum or i try.sleep is huge.

I actually heard George Bruno recommend it. Get a spray bottle. Few drops diluted. Couple drops. Massage hair and scalp.

Most hair sprays and products are fully estrogenic. Not shocking a lot guys are balding and low T.

Lift, APPROACH, clean diet. Avoid any estrogenics. Do the test. I need to get on it. You can use a alias first for 23 and me if worries of your data.

As for hair care, google which foods create more DHT T levels in your system as that type of testosterone makes hair fall out. What I've done was try to get natural hair products. One thing I've been using for the past few years is Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle shampoo. It's mostly natural and certified organic. I also use paraben free with no silicone hair gel, like Garnier Fructise which is 98% naturally derived. I've definitely noticed hardly no hair loss when I switched over along with improving my diet/lifting/vitamins/supplements/natural products.

? playing chemist trying to counterbalance the high estrogen, this time of my life supposed to be low not high....could use the T boost for working and weightlifting too.
Doesn't matter what I look like anymore. I'm taking care of my purpose, my health.....to survive.
