Which books do you recommend on meeting, attracting, maintaining girls?.... Also, what are the differences in these books (i.e. DJ v. PUA, meeting v. maintaining a relationship, etc)? Thx, fellas.

I've read most of "The art of seduction" by Robert Greene, it is a really good book, it has a lot of similarities to the DJ bible but in different terms and context, very good book.

You're probably reading the wrong books. The last three I bought are fantastic, and have been recommended elsewhere on this same site.

The Way of the Superior Man, by David Deida or something. It's been a couple years since I've read it so I can't make any real specific comments on it, but I found it very DJ-esque, if not a tad bit new-agey. Very eye-opening book, though, and a very fast read.

A really good e-book I read back when I as first starting to take the proverbial blindfold off my eyes was Without Embarrassment by Mike Pilinski. I don't know if it's worth reading if you're not "clueless" on girls or have read lots of other stuff, but I found it to be a very good starting point and consider it to be the first thing that really opened my eyes to the way girls work and think when it comes to guys, and how to interact with them. After all the other stuff I've soaked in since then, though, it'd be interesting to re-read it and see how original it really was.

Thanks man. I'll definitely pick that up the next time I'm out.

My recommended picks:

"48 Laws of Power"
"Art of Seduction"
"The Game"
"Maximum Influence: The 12 Universal Laws of Power Persuasion"
"Psycho Cybernetics"
"The Prince"
"Basic Writings of Nietzsche"

Cost me a fortune -- some were $30 each! -- , but it'll be worth it.

Padron Reserve maduro in hand while finishing my b
I recommend a couple that've given me some insight and helped me narrow my field of vision:

Irrational Man by William Barrett A good treatise about Existensialism and modern man.

The Game by Neil Strauss (for all known reasons)

Do what thou wilt " A life of Aleister Crowley" by Lawrence Sutin
This book is important, not for it's wanton excursion into Frater Perdurabos life, but more about conditioning his mental acuity
and creating his own destiny.

I have to get this book asap. Read another article in todays Sunday newspaper - Neil was over here in Ireland for an interview with the writer. There was also an extract where 'Papa' picked up Paris Hilton's digits.

Excellent stuff.

Books I can recommend:

Psycho Cybernetics -- Maxwell Maltz

Feel the Fear... and do it anyway -- Susan Jeffers

The Game (Im guessing its excellent lol!) -- Neil Strauss

I'm reading the Inner game of work By Timoth Gallwey and I am greatly enjoying it. I'll add further comment later but basically it is talking alot about our self critical mind and how it is better to shut it out and get into flow.

Pretty good for an overanalytical person like myself to read this!

I remember when Papa posted that. Since I'm not a regular reader of that site, I seriously thought he was full of ****.

I thought he meant a Paris Hilton lookalike. Little did I know, LOL.

In my opinion that book is good but not useful. I stoped reading at page 60 or something like that.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

What you should read is

Mastery by George Leonard ( understand mastery )

Art of war, The prince and 48 laws of power ( learning how to beat enemies )

Napoleon Hill - Think And Grow Rich ( GREAT BOOK !! A MUST READ !!!! LEARN THE TRUE SERECT TO SUCCESS, READ THIS BOOK AND UNDERSTAND THE SERCET INSIDE IT AND YOU WILL BE OPEN INTO DOING ANYTHING)

Read Body language ( A must, look at my signature, your missing out on alot of communation )

Not books alone will help you. Use them to help you understand their teachings AND GET OUT IN THE FIELD. Thats where you learn the most and the best.

the game

Ive read the game, but the majority of girls he picked up were strippers, no class at all. Anyone who hangs around in clubs that much should pick up more women then he did.

you're missing out on so much then if you dont finish reading the Art of Seduction
That book can be used in so many ways and in so many situations that its a shame that any person aspiring to be a DJ would dismiss it. Enchanting is the best way to describe it

I agree. It's not a guide on how to go from AFC to DJ, but it does enable those of us who are students of seduction reach a new level of skill and gives us deeper understanding of the art.
